At Mountain Springs Advanced Dental in Colorado Springs, we strive to offer a solution to every dental need, whether that be preventative, restorative, or cosmetic dentistry.

One of the most important aspects of our quality dental care takes place long before any treatment planning is rendered, though, and that is gaining an understanding of what you, the patient, need and desire.

Before we even start your treatment planning, you should know what insurance payment options are right for you. At Mountain Springs Advanced Dental, we accept PPO dental insurance plans to include MetLife, Cigna, United Concordia, United Healthcare (including some Medicare Advantage plans), and GEHA plans. We are a preferred provider with federal employee plans, Tricare Retiree, and Active-duty family members. We also work with CareCredit for patients interested in financing their treatment needs. We also have our own in-office loyalty plan that includes cleanings, exams, x-rays, and 15% of all dental services done in our office.

After you have decided that Mountain Springs works for you, at your first appointment, you can expect to be given our full attention while we take careful note of your current dental condition and explain to you our findings and possible treatment options.

This will most likely include any needed radiographs (x-rays) as well as accurate charting of the condition of each tooth and the health status of your gums. We may use other diagnostic tools as indicated.

Since dentistry is often highly dependent on personal goals, comfort, and budget, Dr. Patterson allocates plenty of time to get to know you, your desires, and your concerns so that he can deliver precisely the right care for you.

We do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach to dentistry. There are often many options for a given situation.

Our goal is to help you find the plan that is right for you. Once a treatment plan is decided and agreed upon by you and Dr. Patterson, our staff will help you to understand how your insurance (if any) will be involved and to help arrange financing and payment options if needed. In some cases, other specialists may be involved in your treatment plans, such as an endodontist (for root canals) or an oral surgeon.

We work closely with many other specialists in the area and will help to coordinate treatment at these other offices when needed. Our chief concern is that you get the best care available.
